1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return only if:

  • You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered).
  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • The product is within the return period of 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used health supplements, cosmetics, and personal care products.
  • Products without original packaging, labels, or invoice.
  • Products purchased during clearance sales or promotional offers (unless defective).

3. Return Process

  • Our support team will review your request and, if eligible, provide instructions for returning the product.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

4. Inspection & Approval

  • Once the returned item is received, our team will inspect it.
  • If approved, a replacement or refund will be processed as per your preference.
  • If the item does not meet return conditions, it will be sent back to you.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective/damaged product), we will bear the return shipping charges.
  • If the return is initiated for any other reason, the customer will bear the shipping costs.

6. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer (details required).
